20th July:- Posters for the UK Tour are now with the respective venues, Robby tells me the flyers are "in the post" so hopefully will be out on the streets by the end of next week! Some of the venues have show details on their websites and even tickets for sale---yes its getting close to Robby landing in the UK. Thanks to all the fans who have contacted me and given us moral support----look forward to seeing you "on the road"

20thMay:- All the arrangements for Robby's forthcoming tour are coming together. Robby looks forward to seeing fans at the shows and hopefully there will be a venue near enough for all of you.  I have been to a couple of the venues with the Posters, Robby and I worked for hours getting these right, not bad for saying we live some 5.000 miles apart----such is the power of cyberspace---!  We are also in the process of putting flyers together, if any of you would like to help with the promotion side of this tour, please do email me at the link on the homepage--its always great to hear from you

31st March:-  With our clocks going forward it seems spring might have arrived---for a while.  Time is passing and we now have 7 good venues for Robby to appear at here in the UK, still have couple in the pipeline, some venues book later rather than sooner. It would be good to see Robby's fans at the gigs, hopefully you will say Hi to me too!

10th January 2008:- HAPPY NEW YEAR!!  Christmas seems ages ago and now we are in full swing with trying to add on more venues. Unfortunately many good venues are struggling,-- so sad for the Live Music scene---so our search is becoming more difficult, but Robby Vee fans be assured we will be working on it, if any fan knows of a good local venue where you would like to see Robby perform  please do get in touch via our email link on the homepage

12th October 2007 :- Robby was performing at Pala Casino, San Diego California on the 29th September, so I took the opportunity to fly over and celebrate my birthday with him. As always its a pleasure to be in Robby's company, and  to watch a great performnce. This time he wasnt on stage with his own band but with John Mueller and Scott Bruce aka Buddy and Elvis, a wonderfully energetic show, girls of all ages were throwing themselves at the stage and these great guys!!  This show was a Robby Vee production!!

27th January 2007:- I have just spent four nights with Robby Vee on tour---living the dream!! I could make any Robby Vee fan green with envy, but instead, let me share my living dream with you. Robby, together with his band the V-Rock-its, was on stage for three wonderful hours each night, and each night he varied the show slightly, but I could never tire of hearing all those wonderful songs no matter how often he sang them. Not only did he perform many tracks from his albums---including, one of MY favourites"The Way I Walk" a cover from the CD "Moondog House Party"( the guitar solo is even better live here) but also many songs by other artists. Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Del Shannon and Bobby Vee to name but a very few. Michael Jay ( guitar and keyboard) gave a great rendition of "Whole Lotta Shakin Going On" and Paul Bergen (base guitar) "My Girl Is Red Hot" was a big hit every night! With Craig Gallas on drums keeping it all together they were nights never to be forgotten! There were also songs from "Bop", "Champagne Lane", my sweet Rosies favourite, and songs from Robby's latest album  "Liquid Love". Thank you Jude for requesting" M1" for me, and thank you Robby for asking me to choose one of the last songs on the Saturday night-- "Heart of Steel". I was at the shows celebrating David's, my long suffering husband, birthday and retirement. He is still recovering from dancing to the birthday song performed by the band at midnight Saturday! Robby Vee and his band made this time so very special for us both, so again, THANK YOU -- LOVE YOU GUYS! We will certainly be making a trip over again,SOON, but in the meantime also continuing to work on a tour over here in the UK so all fans this side of the pond can experience some of the Robby Vee magic!
